Never Sleep

Replaces the old "Display on lid close" toggle with a three-way control:

  • Off — your Mac sleeps normally.
  • When lid is on — stays awake while the lid is open (battery or power). No password; turns itself off when you quit Macaveli.
  • Even when lid is off — stays awake even with the lid shut, to keep an external display on. Asks for your password once and stays in effect (even after quitting) until set back to Off.

Plus a confirmation prompt before enabling the lid-closed mode, and reliability fixes (toggle race, clearer error messages, more robust system-state parsing).
