v0.12.1 — Packaging for the plugin directory

A packaging release. No skill or helper behavior changed.

What changed

  • The shipped plugin now lives in plugin/. It is 41 files: .claude-plugin/, skills/, a short installer README, the LICENSE and a listing icon. Tests (745 fixture files), evals, tools, design docs and the repo's CLAUDE.md stay outside it, so installs no longer copy the whole repository. This also clears the findings from Anthropic's plugin directory review (too many files, root CLAUDE.md, and dev-doc hits).
  • Listing icon at plugin/.claude-plugin/icon.png.
  • skillsmith now installs from the plugin/ subfolder, using a git-subdir source.

Upgrading

Claude Code via skillsmith: /plugin marketplace update skillsmith, then update logseq-brain. Nothing changes in your graph.

Cowork: rebuild the archive with git archive --format=zip -o logseq-brain.plugin HEAD:plugin.
