New
- The spectral PSF follows the slit width:
telescope.psf_slit_widthrecords the slitpsf_paramsis for (0.2 arcsec for SWC, from RSC-2022021C), andsimulation.spectral_psf: convolutionconvolves the optics with the slit's image instead of adding the two in quadrature. (#95) apply_focusing_optics_psftakes the detector and the simulation, for the slit width. (#95)

Changes to output
- SWC runs with a slit wider than 0.2 arcsec have a spectral PSF of 3.35, 5.49 and 10.30 pixels FWHM for the 0.4, 0.8 and 1.6 arcsec slits, where it was 2.54, and a wavelength window widened to hold the broader line; the 0.2 arcsec slit and EIS are unchanged. (#95)
- Wavelength and map coordinates are read off the grid at the reference pixel: where a synthesis window spans an even number of detector pixels, fitted velocities and their ground truth move together by half a pixel to the red, so velocity errors are unchanged, and maps of even-sized cubes move by half a cell.
