[📘] rebind docs are not correct regarding preserving selected state

Describe the bug
The rebind docs indicate that selected state is preserved. However, in commit 3de37f3 (line 723) the behavior was changed and selected state is not preserved.

Docs need to be updated to correctly reflect how rebind works. See #378 for more details.
