v1.0.0 — small-window mode for DSH NEXT (Windows)

First release — turns the DSH NEXT desktop window (Windows) into a 425px-wide, always-on-top sticky window.

Highlights

• Compact mode — the button beside the composer shrinks the window to 425 logical px, always on top (pin toggleable) and hidden from the taskbar.
• Custom Win32 drag — the top strip moves the window, and the size survives monitors with different DPI scaling.
• Drawer sidebar — in compact mode the sidebar floats over a full-width chat instead of squeezing the text.
• Animated transitions — a translucent veil covers the reflow on enter/exit, and the sidebar track gets a real 200ms transition in normal windows too.
• State memory — the compact position and pin preference persist; the sidebar is restored on exit if it was open on entry.
