This code implements two fully responsive and visually appealing forms for user login and registration, designed with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The background features a vibrant gradient of aqua and purple, providing a modern and engaging aesthetic.
The forms are styled to maintain consistency and usability across various screen sizes, from desktop to mobile, thanks to comprehensive CSS media queries. The design includes an image and a form section side by side on larger screens, which stack vertically on smaller screens to ensure optimal readability and interaction.
Each form field is clearly marked with Font Awesome icons for user, email, and password inputs, enhancing visual clarity and user experience. The password fields feature an interactive eye icon that toggles password visibility, providing users with an added layer of convenience and security. This toggle functionality is achieved through a simple JavaScript snippet that changes the input type between 'password' and 'text' and switches the eye icon between an open and a closed state.
The login form includes fields for username and password, a "Remember me?" checkbox, and a link for users who have forgotten their password. The registration form offers fields for email, username, and password, alongside a declaration for users to agree to the terms and conditions. Both forms include prominent buttons for submission that change appearance on hover, thanks to smooth CSS transitions.
Further enhancing the user experience, the forms include social media icons for alternative sign-up methods, positioned strategically to maintain visual balance and accessibility. The forms are encapsulated within a structured and intuitive layout, ensuring ease of use and a polished, professional look suitable for integration into any modern web application.
