v0.26.1

A patch release over 0.26.0, all of it in the scaffolder. Three of the four fixes are the same
defect: a code-shape decision was fixed in the AI skills and not here, so every generated repo
inherited the old shape anyway and the skill fix reached nothing Bobcat writes.

Found by regenerating CritterCrush on 0.26.0 and reading the output before touching it.

- #344 — the projected lane dropped `refusedWith:` entirely. #337 wired it into the Gherkin lane
  only, so the 404 scenario — the first scenario anyone writes against #337 — scaffolded with its
  act and NO assertion. In this lane the marker comments ARE the specification, so that reads as a
  finished scenario rather than a missing one.
- #345 — `[ReadModel]` is gone from the scaffolded `Validate`. The `[WriteModel]` below is the
  load; the attribute was a second CONCEPT where there is only one.
- #346 — `[EmptyResponse]` instead of an empty response record. The record was always declared with
  no fields, because the curated format has no way to state a response shape: thirteen empty types
  and thirteen 200s answering `{}` where the honest answer is 204.
- #347 — a multi-stream view scaffolds one `Identity` rule and one `Evolve`, routed by a marker
  interface derived from the shared key, instead of one of each per event. CritterCrush's two views
  drop from 102 lines each to 63 and 54.

Verified by regenerating rather than by reading — ScaffoldCompilesTests asserts text despite its
name. Over CritterCrush's 19 slices: [ReadModel] 13 files -> 0, empty response records 13 -> 0,
[EmptyResponse] 0 -> 26, Evolve 0 -> 2, the two views 102+102 -> 63+54.
