Fixed:
- Generated specs join their slices (#435). import-event-model --specs now
  writes one [BobcatFeature] per slice (it was one per board chapter), and
  the import names each scenario with the title its projected spec reports
  ("appointment confirmed", not "AppointmentConfirmed"). The definition's
  LinksToSpecification, the pushed descriptor and a run all carry one
  identity. Before this, no generated spec bound to its slice.

Changed:
- EmlangSpecWriter.MissingSpecs takes the ImportedEventModel.
- A test the board attaches to no slice still gets its spec, under its
  chapter, with a warning that it binds to nothing.
