I'm going to add this new feature ASAP, but until then you can use a customized VTL template for Info.plist file

Maybe something like this (haven't tried it yet):

For Maven:

    </infoPlist>
</macConfig>

For Gradle:

In both cases, it will result in an Info.plist file like this:

I've noticed that when Info.plist is prettified, DOCTYPE line is removed:

<!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd">

I'm not sure if this will cause any problems. Please, could you confirm that the generated Mac app works fine?
