v0.1.0 -- initial release

First release of pglite-diff: diffs two SQL setups' query results on isolated in-memory Postgres instances (via PGlite).

Existing Postgres migration tools (Flyway, Atlas, Sqitch, pgroll, etc.) all apply migrations; none diff two migration paths' resulting data against each other -- the exact question that matters when refactoring a migration history. Verified against real Postgres, including a genuine migration-regression scenario caught row-by-row.
