• The Express middleware created by the function graphqlUploadExpress now passes errors thrown by deferred calls to the Express response method send to Express error handling middleware, preventing unhandled promise rejections. Fixes #397 via #398.
• Corrected some tests.
• Set a Node.js test runner enforced test timeout of 10 seconds.
