Install

the manuscript is written in org-mode, which means you have to install emacs & friends to compile

brew install emacs --with-cocoa
brew install cask
cask install
cask exec emacs --batch -l emacs.el -f org-publish-all

then it will generate pdf and html version of this book under public folder.
