A bidding-system refinement release — no public API breaks since 0.9.0.

This cycle poured 241 documented changes across 20 sub-sections into the bidding
module: the competitive book (we open, they interfere), the BBA-gap campaign and its
first def-r1 wall breaks (systems-on over our 1NT overcall, splinter-doubled
systems-on), a redesigned constructive 1NT (invite/force range-split, Stayman &
Jacoby/Texas structure, Puppet & minor transfers), 1NT runouts and defenses, slam
bidding (minor keycard, RKCB/control reading), the opener-extras ladder, plus the
in-browser web front end and the AI-bidder inference floor.
