Directly linking to the account close doesn't work, so I liked to the previous page and instructed user to click button to delete account.

Closing isn't the same as deleting and we're typically looking for the latter here. The link mentions that you have to mail "accountclosure@turo.com" to request deletion, therefore I think the difficulty should be hard and the entries adapted for this
