Checkbox editor or <select multiple> for simple array with enum (or set)?

Perhaps this is possible and I'm totally overlooking something, but I'm looking to have the user select multiple values from a given set. This could be done as checkboxes or select with multiple enabled.

I feel like this must have already been implemented, but I can't figure it out or find it in the code (although I do see the ability to collect data from checkbox inputs).

This has not been implemented yet, but it's something I want to add in the future for schemas that match this pattern:

  "items": {
    "type": "string",
    "enum": ["value1","value2","value3"]
  },
  "uniqueItems": true
}

I would probably do checkboxes for small enum sets (1-8) and select with multiple for bigger enum sets.

Gotcha! Glad to know I wasn’t missing something. That’s definitely the right schema for my use case.

I’m working on a project that’s going to need this, so I’ll get started trying to add the checkboxes  – I assume that just entails adding an editor interface and resolver?

(And awesome project, by the way – this is by far the best schema-to-form implementation I’ve seen.)

I implemented the multiselect version of this. I'll probably extend it in the future to use checkboxes for small enum sets. Here's a demo:
