v0.0.1: First published build, with no commands yet

v0.0.1 is the first published build of jouet. It reserves the crate and tests the release pipeline. The jouet binary only answers --help and --version so far. None of the planned commands are included yet (wait, pr threads, pr status, edit). They will ship in later releases (#2, @jdx).

Added

• A jouet binary that prints help and version information. Unknown flags are rejected with an error.
• Installation from crates.io (cargo install jouet) or from prebuilt archives attached to this release. Archives are built for x86_64 and aarch64 Linux (gnu and musl), aarch64 macOS, and x86_64 and aarch64 Windows. The release also includes a SHA256SUMS file, a signed packslip with build provenance, and the CLI's usage spec as jouet.usage.kdl.

jouet is pre-v1. Commands, flags, exit codes and JSON fields may change incompatibly between releases.
