This PR try to fix qualities issues found on various sites other than YouTube.com related to the best and worst quality downloads of audio and video files.
The following options have been changed:
bestaudioarguments have been removed in favor ofbestaudio/worstorworstaudio/worst(see Add "extract audio" option to reduce the size of the downloaded file and automatically extract the audio track from dailymotion / facebook videos #307 ).
