Teamwork was great, with strong collaboration and support among team members. The customer was helpful and provided clear feedback throughout the project. While the project went well overall, we faced the usual challenges such as workload distribution and some delays. Starting earlier could have helped manage timelines better.

What we learned

We gained valuable experience in agile development, time management, and communication, while improving our skills in requirements gathering, coding, and testing.
