Multiple ways to self-update devbox

There are 2 ways to self-update devbox: devbox update and devbox version update. I think it's confusing to do one thing in 2 commands. Should we keep one alone?

Here's what I am seeing:

❯ devbox update
Error: unknown command "update" for "devbox"

You need to build it again. it seems that 0.4.5 doesn't include update commands.

oh I see. That's odd. @mikeland86 I thought the consensus was to keep devbox version update, no?
