Jetty version Jetty 9

Java version n/a

OS type/version n/a

Description

Jetty 10 and Jetty 11 have single page documentation output and Jetty 9 still uses asciidoc -> docbook to spit out chunked html output. We need a version of the Jetty 9 documentation that drops the docbook render chain and instead produces a single output page akin to how the newer versions do it. We can either drop support for the chunked version or produce two cuts of it into the documentation archive. This is so we can have a consistent website experience for the documentation versions mounted on the eclipse jetty website.
