feat: 0.4.7 Add --enable-quieter, deprecation warning on bridge scripts

    • [BUG] Receiving SIGINT while inside a napms() call leads to crash #96
• Update Makefile.am to use module syntax for palette generation, dropping demo build usage of the bridge scripts
• Refactor s4c_dbg_features()
• Use checkout@v4 in actions
