100 to 200 msec image delay when streaming

Hi, in the preview screen and also in the broadcast there is about 200 msec delay in the image. This is causing also synchronization issues with the sound. The sound comes a few hundred msec before the video. It's alot because you can hear the sound and the lips are not in sync.
Any ideas?

I've never encountered this issue. What server are you using?

Hi, I’m using Wowza, but the issue can be seen even without streaming (on the preview on the phone).
It’s an iPhone 6, I’ve set the resolution to 480p 30fps and 800kbit bitrate.
