Type a date into the date pickers (humblebear#338)

• Typed dates: <atom:date-picker> and variant="range" now accept typed dates, saved on blur or Enter. This works with wire:model and wire:model.live.
• Formats: 01 Oct 2024, 01/10/2024 (always day first) and 2024-10-01. A time picker also takes 9:30 PM or 21:30.
• Ranges: from - to or from to to. A single date gives a one-day range.
• Bad input: an invalid or partial entry is put back to the last good value and never reaches the model. An empty input clears it.
• Keys: ArrowDown opens the calendar, Escape puts the text back, and Enter on an edited entry saves it without submitting the form.
• Calendar icon: it is now its own tap target. On a phone it opens the calendar without bringing up the keyboard, and it stays next to the ✕ once a date is set.
• Markup change: the range trigger is now a <div data-atom-dropdown-trigger> instead of a <button>.

These now pass WCAG AA on zinc-800 and zinc-900:

• subheading and caption text
• every badge colour
• the stats card's red and green indicator
• the filter select's border
• the date-picker borders

Host action: run npm run build after updating. The new utilities come from your app's Tailwind build.
