v3.34.2

A capped floating panel (see v3.34.1) that holds its own scrolling list — select listbox and filter, tiptap mention, colour input, tiptap text-colour menu — now scrolls only the list, keeping the search row pinned, instead of scrolling twice (panel and list). The list keeps a 6rem minimum; below that the whole panel scrolls. Panels that fit, and plain dropdowns, are unchanged. A host panel with an inner scroll list can opt in by marking that direct child data-atom-scroll-region. (#76)
