Two fixes to atom:upgrade-check. Nothing in components, styles, JS or traits changes.

A host directory named vendor is read

• Before, the scanner skipped every directory named vendor at any depth, so a host's own screens under a path such as resources/views/livewire/app/vendor/ were never scanned.
• Now only Composer's vendor is skipped: the root one, or a nested one holding autoload.php or composer/.
• Scripts and styles under resources/js/vendor or resources/css/vendor are treated as third-party. They are listed under NOT READ, once per directory.
• A module's resources/views/vendor is handled like the root one: only atom's published views (atom/) in it are read.

New check: test-heading-weight

This is a report-only review check, and it reads tests/ only. It flags a test line that names a heading together with either:

• font-medium, or
• font-semibold plus a negation (->not, .not., assertDontSee, doesNotContain, assertFalse...).

In atom 4 every heading is semibold, so these assertions break.
