More date options

No biggie request, but I would love to see some more options for dates. For example, I would like to be able to remove the day of the week. Maybe a drop-down with some options or a field for entering your own format.

@robertbirming I've been thinking about a plugin for something like this that lets those who want a custom date format to enter their own in a text field that mnml would pick up if the plugin was installed.

Since this is a little more advanced, and Hugo date formatting would confuse some, it would have to be a plugin and I'd have to modify my theme to look for the plugin.

I'll put it on the backlog to experiment with.
