ci-parity checks that GitHub Actions workflows run project commands through the task runner (Taskfile, make, just or mise) instead of calling tools inline, with a per-workflow baseline that only shrinks.

The documentation lives in the repository's docs/ folder and is published at https://ci-parity.is-a.dev/, so it's reviewed and versioned with the code. This wiki points to it rather than copying it.
