Save to specific width and height in inches

I have searched the documentation and the issues and didn't find anything related to this. I just want to create an image and save it in a specific size in inches (4x6). I see everything is in pixels. But how do you tell it to save to a specific size in inches?

There is no mapping of pixels to inches. That would dependent on the device you're displaying one and it's pixel density etc.
