Music tab fixes

• YouTube Error 153 in production builds is fixed. The renderer is now served from a marko-app:// custom protocol with a real origin instead of file://, which YouTube refuses to embed inside.
• Library is now shared between dev and packaged builds. Tracks you add and curated picks you've hidden are stored in ~/.marko/music-library.json instead of per-app localStorage. First run auto-migrates anything that was already in localStorage.

First launch — read this

macOS will refuse to open the app on first launch with "Marko is damaged" because the build isn't notarized (Apple charges $99/year). Run this once in Terminal:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Marko.app

After that, double-click as normal. The landing page now has this disclosed under the download button.
