Canonical for releases: these files ship in the zip under docs/wiki/ (versioned with the product).
GitHub Wiki tab: mirrored to https://github.com/jjames06/bastion-hardening/wiki when the wiki remote is initialized (see tools/publish-wiki.ps1).
Deep technical docs remain in sibling files (DATA-DIRECTORY.md, BROWSER-POLICIES-AND-ECH.md, KNOWN-ISSUES.md) and in-app Help (menu 11).
License: Bastion is GNU GPLv3 (LICENSE + NOTICE at the repository root). The handbook text is part of the project and is distributed under the same terms.
