GIL Python 3.14 installs no longer blocked by requires-python <3.14
kash-docs now requires kash-shell>=0.4.12, flexdoc[diff]>=0.4.1, and
chopdiff>=0.4.1,<0.5. Token diffs still use cydifflib via the flexdoc extra.
requires-python is >=3.11,<3.15 (GIL 3.14 is supported; free-threaded 3.14t is not).
uv tool install / uvx should use --python 3.13 or a GIL 3.14 — uv python find 3.14
may resolve to 3.14t.
The base install remains lean. [documents] / [pdf] / [full] still pull
onnxruntime 1.20.1, which has no cp314 wheel.
