Updated. Data snapshot 2026.10 carries the World Bank FY27 income-group
and OECD DAC region updates. Remote geo.admin1 through geo.admin5 and
geo.cities payloads are unchanged from the June snapshot.
Added. 22 OECD DAC aid-statistics region groups, with 423 country memberships
and qualified names such as Africa (DAC) and Asia, Total. Memberships include
historical recipients that have graduated from the DAC List. These snapshot groups
follow DAC statistical assignments, which differ from geographic regions. Published
DAC totals also include regional recipients outside the country memberships.
Updated. World Bank income groups to the FY27 classification from July 2026.
Low, lower-middle, upper-middle, and high income contain 25, 47, 59, and 82 economies.
High income gains 17 territories and Taiwan, China. Greenland, the Faroe Islands,
American Samoa, and Guam remain excluded because this build places them in
geo.admin1. The Channel Islands has no country entity.
Fixed. Cached data builds replace memberships for groups that declare a
members key in groups.yaml, removing obsolete members and updating validity
dates. Entries without a members key retain their existing memberships.
The Caribbean and Central America and
South and Central Asia groups accept both and and & in their (DAC) and
, Total labels.
Updated. Middle East resolves to the DAC Middle East group.
Far East Asia, North of Sahara, South of Sahara, and South & Central Asia
resolve to their DAC regions rather than their regional allocation buckets.
Far East resolves to Far East Asia. Use qualified (DAC) names when selecting
the DAC definitions explicitly.
