Bug Fixes

Fix In-Band Sync Protocol Issues

Fixed multiple issues with in-band sync that were causing the "stuck syncing" state in Inngest Cloud:

  1. X-Inngest-Sync-Kind header value: Changed from "inband" to "in_band" (with underscore) to match the Go SDK's SyncKindInBand constant.

  2. Timestamp format: Changed from milliseconds to seconds in the signature. The Go SDK uses time.Now().Unix() (seconds), not milliseconds.

  3. Read URL from request body: For in-band sync, Inngest sends the app URL in the request body. The SDK now reads this URL and uses it as the primary source, falling back to INNGEST_SERVE_ORIGIN or request inference.

These changes align the .NET SDK with the official Go SDK implementation.
