I have had this issue under Fedora 37 with one proprietary application (Issue #205), but now, since I upgraded to Fedora 38, the problem became much worse, I'm attaching some screenshots of openfortigui, which is the latest application where I found the issues, but there are others, I can add more to the issue when I find them again.

Well.. OpenfortQUI seems to be a QT5 application, and I don't provide any QT themes. I'm assuming you've configured QT to try to parse the GTK theme, but unfortunately there isn't really anything I could do if it parses incorrectly.
