Breaking changes

• cvk.json(c) now rejects unknown fields. Remove or rename them:

• VS Code: invalid settings sent as initializationOptions now show an error and disable diagnostics when no cvk.json(c) exists. Before, the server ignored them.

Deprecations

• VS Code: cvk.lookupFiles is deprecated. Use cvk.definitionFiles.
