the version specifier in angular-bootstrap-select/bower.json is bad, so i fixed it in a fork and sent a PR to the maintainer: joaoneto/angular-bootstrap-select#25

http://semver.org/spec/v2.0.0.html rule 9 specifies:
"A pre-release version MAY be denoted by appending a hyphen and a series of dot separated identifiers"
bower installis broken otherwise.
