• resident-fat 0.1 → 0.3, behind the resident-fat feature.
  Breaking for a consumer of that feature: sd::SdBlockDevice and
  sdhost::SdhostBlockDevice implement 0.3's BlockDevice, so the
  consumer's own resident-fat must move to 0.3 as well, or its
  filesystem takes a trait the adapters no longer implement. The trait
  itself did not change between the two, so nothing in this crate's
  source did either; 0.3 adds mount_first_fat, rename and a
  counting device wrapper.
