Fixes

• Resolve a package's own imports when a gem's root is the app root (#173). A gem developed in its own repository (gemspec in its Gemfile) shares its root with the app, including the app's node_modules. Packages installed there had their bare imports sent through the gem's dependency context or the gem fallback to the app root. So building them failed, or used the app's copy of a dependency. A package under node_modules is now treated as a package, not as a file of the gem.
