• eval of FLY_TMPDIR now done when requesting fly operation (flyas/flyto...), so it can be changed and taken live for operations.
• FLY_TMPDIR var is now part of teleportation, so will be kept for multiple consecutive teleportations (no need to put it in your ~/.flt.d/.flyrc)
