Alias changes

• alias for python libraries to be updated automatically was added
• removed a lot of unused aliases for uninstalled applications
• new functions added
• my scripts are now sourced from 3 grouped files named: git, linux and fzf

CLI tools config changes

• new erdtree config file was added
• ripgrep config file was added
• alacritty is now using opacity 0.95
• starship config file got cleaned up
• zellij config file was added

Apllications + my scripts

• erdtree replaced exa which has now been removed totally
• brave replaced firefox
• pyenv was added to manage python local pc versions
• removed lvim + config files totally since i only use helix
• removed nu + config files totally as i do not use it
• removed all scripts that i do not use anymore

Misc

• .profile is merged into the .bash_profile
• PYTHONIOENCODING='UTF-8'was added
• polars config added to my dot files
• added config files for ruff
