• Add MultipleDocumentExchangerInterface to fetch all the documents of a MultipleIndexationRequest at once
• Allow glob patterns in the mapping directory to spread mappings across several directories

• IndexBuilder::purgeOldIndices() no longer fails when closing indices is disabled on the cluster (cluster.indices.close.enable: false), the previous index is kept open instead
• Lowercase the index prefix, as Elasticsearch rejects index names containing uppercase characters
