Update documentation for grammar and additional clarity

Small tweaks to be consistent in oxford comma usage already at work in
the docs. More importantly, adding some clarification here and there
to try and make things even more dead simple to read :)

Thanks for the review and for maintaining such a useful project! I hope I'll have the opportunity to contribute again soon.

Looks like the CI run Ansible Role / test (pull_request) is failing for unrelated reasons:

ansible_compat.errors.InvalidPrerequisiteError: Computed fully qualified role name of C0nsultant.ansible does not follow current galaxy requirements.
Please edit meta/main.yml and assure we can correctly determine full role name:

Every other job passed though, so I think we're in good shape.
