Maize GPP benchmark software v1.0.2

Software accompanying Training–Test Representation and Reference-Path Sensitivity in a Satellite-Based Maize Gross Primary Production Benchmark.

The release contains 229 files: processed-input comparison and replay code, fixed protocols, current publication-figure sources with minimal illustrative inputs, and the approved Graphical Abstract with its English caption and drawing source. Reproduction of the scientific comparisons requires the separate companion processed-data/model record, which supplies the original 120 B/C model objects and results. The preserved software and companion processed-data/model records are publicly available as software v1.0.2, doi:10.5281/zenodo.23689895 and data/models v1.0.2, doi:10.5281/zenodo.23689996.

The principal 642 site-date cases and separate 437-case Mead hindcast remain distinct. These are historical conditional comparison-role diagnostics using dependent processed nighttime GPP references, rather than independent forecast/regional validation or physical daily-footprint correction. The release does not contain the full source EC/MODIS/AgERA5 archives.

Project-owned source is MIT. Project-created data fixtures, documentation and artwork/caption retain their CC BY 4.0 scopes; third-party provider/software/font terms and citations remain in the file-level rights maps and notices.
