v0.18.2 — Kill before delete in the session rail

Optio v0.18.2 refines the session sidebar's stop and delete controls.

• A running session's row in the sidebar now shows a Kill button in place of the trash. One click stops the session; once it has exited, the same slot becomes the Delete trash button. Sessions that have already stopped show the trash immediately.
• Deleting the session you are viewing moves you to the next session in the sidebar (or the previous one when it was the last row) instead of returning to the landing page.

Validation: full local push checks (unit, integration, pipeline, and browser suites) and GitHub CI passed for the tagged commit.

No new database migrations are included. Release artifacts include amd64/arm64 service and agent images and the Helm chart. No native app binaries change in this release.
