Description
Implement the ability to route and serve static files (images, documents, videos etc.) from the filesystem

- Implement file router
- Implement file downloader
- Allow to configure different transports
- Allow to configure caching
- Add save to dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/developers/saver (include this in the dropbox extension)
Notes
- Investigate if it's possible to add drop-in support for Flysystem
