Added

• Your own additions to an installed overlay's file live at the same path under the
  store root (~/.agents/kb/RUST.md for the rust overlay's kb/RUST.md, or
  <project>/.agents/kb/RUST.md), where overlays sync never touches them. The
  base AGENTS.md tells agents to read them alongside the overlay's file, and
  dotagents context lists the ones it finds (JSON: local_additions).
