Fixed

• DUHO_TRACEBACK=1 now adds the traceback after the hostctl: ... line of a
  failure the command reports; it showed no traceback at all before.

Changed

• The hostctl command enters through duho.run: Ctrl-C ends it with status
  130 and no traceback (also on several hosts), and a closed standard output
  (hostctl cat ... | head -1) ends it with status 1 and no message. The
  cli extra now needs duho>=0.7.8,<0.8.
