• The cli extra's duho dependency is bounded to >=0.6.0,<0.7
  (previously unbounded at >=0.3.3, so a bare pip install netimps[cli]
  would have floated onto 0.6.0 unverified). No code change was needed --
  every documented 0.6.0 change was checked against src/netimps/cli.py
  and the full suite is unaffected (663 passed, 6 skipped, before and
  after). duho 0.6.0 also adds an opt-in MCP launch feature, triggered by
  setting NETIMPS_MCP=stdio; netimps does not opt out and leaves it at
  duho's default.
