Runs make tests on Travis for these OTP versions: 21.1, 21.0, 20.3, 19.3,
Version 21.1 additionally generates code coverage on codecov (the first code coverage site I managed to integrate to).
There are two additional tests (which are allowed to fail): self gradualizing and checking that we are testing using the latest available OTP version.

Output: travis, codecov.

great!

would be nice to have travis/codecov badges in the README
also could run make dialyze

Im not familiar with the new method and it probably needs to be done by a repo owner but would be nice to integrate travis with github PR checks (https://blog.travis-ci.com/2018-05-07-announcing-support-for-github-checks-api-on-travis-ci-com)
