The Neckro Gatherer Pylon is a utility structure that spawns Neckro Gatherers from Neck Tails that you put inside it. Every 60 seconds a tail is consumed and a Neckro comes out.
The Neckro Gatherer is an undead neck with a container on its back that wanders around picking up items off the floor. When its box is full, it will find the nearest container (any container) with room and walk to it, drop off the items, then keep looking.
